Sedentary Behaviours and Screen Time on Children's Mental Health

 

This project responds to the increasingly sedentary and digital world in which young children are growing up. It examines differences among types of sedentary behaviour, including screen time, with a particular focus on early childhood mental health. Working alongside families, educators, and other key knowledge users in children’s lives, the project will explore needs, perspectives, and practical strategies, to co-develop resources to support healthy development in this area.
