Cassidy Smith
Research Volunteer

Cassidy is a fourth-year Honours Specialization in Psychology (BSc) student at Western University. She has been passionate about working with children and staying active since her youth, shaped by 12 years of competitive gymnastics and working as a gymnastics and swimming instructor for many years. Over the past year, Cassidy has developed a strong interest in pursuing pediatric occupational therapy, where she hopes to combine her love for physical activity, mentorship, and helping others. She is eager to contribute to child health research and explore more about the different ways physical activity can support healthy development. Outside of academics, she enjoys weightlifting, being outside and trying new recipes.
