Grace Han

Grace is a first-year Honours double major in Psychology and Family Studies and Human Development at Western University. Having grown up involved in competitive sports, she developed a strong appreciation for the role of physical activity in supporting growth across different stages of life. She is particularly interested in working with children and hopes to support their growth in meaningful and impactful ways. Grace has experience working with youth as a skating coach, where she supported the development of skills such as coordination, balance, and discipline in a positive and encouraging environment. Through this experience, she developed a strong interest in creating spaces where children feel supported, motivated, and comfortable taking on new challenges as they build their abilities. She values fostering environments that encourage curiosity, perseverance, and a sense of personal achievement. In her spare time, Grace enjoys soccer, baking, and skating. These experiences continue to shape her appreciation for the importance of active lifestyles and the role that positive early experiences play in long-term health and well-being.
